Anthony M. Singer
President & CEO

Since co-founding High 5 Games in 1995, Anthony Singer has taken a once tiny company and transformed it into a major player in the gaming industry.

With decades of experience in software development and game design, Mr. Singer has played a vital role in the company's development, successfully securing patents for game-design innovations, creating proof-of-concept prototypes with supporting mathematical analyses, negotiating multi-year contracts, and organizing and mentoring a large team of high-level professionals from diverse artistic and technical backgrounds.

Mr. Singer takes pride in addressing user and client needs by encouraging H5G employees to create innovative new game designs. His intuition and experience serve as invaluable resources for artists and engineers as he leads the game-design process from inception to delivery.

As an essential component of his overarching strategic vision for High 5 Games, Mr. Singer is exploring new technologies to ensure that the company is poised to launch exciting new gaming products to new markets and in new media in the years ahead.

Prior to founding H5G, Mr. Singer headed a successful consulting firm in New York City, designing and programming custom business solutions for clients such as The United Nations, Bank of New York, Independence Bank of New York, and the Spanish Institute.

Mr. Singer studied Computer Science at Cornell University and is a member of the American Gaming Association.



Med Nadooshan
 Chief Operating Officer

Med NadooshanWith two decades of business technology experience within the telecommunications, web services, and IT services industry, Med Nadooshan serves as the leading technical visionary for H5G in his role as Chief Operating Officer.

As COO, Mr. Nadooshan leads product development for the company. He is responsible for developing and upgrading technology for the benefit and long-term progress of the company, and he communicates his overall technology strategy with executives, clients, business partners, and stakeholders.

Mr. Nadooshan comes to High 5 Games most recently from Emerj, Inc., where he has served as CEO of the telecommunications start-up since 2006. He also held the positions of CTO for Avaya Global Services from 2001 to 2004, and Chief Security Architect for Bell Labs Lucent Technologies from 1994 to 2000.

As a Fortune 100 executive, Mr. Nadooshan brings to the table a wide range of business experience and technical expertise as he paves the way for H5G's future success in an ever-changing industry.

Mr. Nadooshan is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology.



Stuart Zoble, Ph.D.
Vice President of Research and Development

Stuart ZobleAs the Vice President of Research and Development for High 5 Games, Dr. Stuart Zoble plays a key role in developing H5G's product strategy, in addition to heading the company's research and development projects.

Dr. Zoble identifies innovative math models and exciting new forms of game play, overseeing their development from the prototype phase to the creation of formal documentation for regulatory purposes. Dr. Zoble also ensures that High 5 Games aggressively pursues patent protection for all of its game-design innovations, and he develops quantitative techniques for the purpose of optimizing game design and related business and financial decision making.

Before coming to High 5 Games, Dr. Zoble held faculty positions at both the University of Toronto and Wesleyan University, as well as a research position at the Humboldt University in Berlin. He has taught dozens of courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He is widely published in the field of Mathematical Logic, and has given numerous lectures on his research at national and international conferences, seminars and colloquia.

Dr. Zoble holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Kansas, an M.A. and Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley, and an M.A. in Economics from Yale University, where he was a University Fellow.



Joseph D. Masci
Creative Director

Joseph Masci"Absolutely beautiful." "Visually stunning." "Creative geniuses."

These aren't our words (although we must admit, we do like them). These are the words of casino players from around the world, describing their favorite H5G games and the people that make them.

Joseph Masci oversees an incredibly talented staff that has worked tirelessly to create some of the most visually appealing casino games on the market. Under his leadership, the art department has earned a premier reputation among industry experts as providers of groundbreaking and exciting visual content.

Mr. Masci oversees and approves virtually every visual product of the company. His primary role as Creative Director of High 5 Games is to cultivate an environment that encourages creative dialogue so that the best ideas can get realized.

With more than a dozen full-time artists and 20 creative consultants that he has personally selected, Mr. Masci draws upon his own professional experience as an illustrator, animator, graphic designer, and art director as he seeks out and retains top talent from around the world.

Mr. Masci has more than a decade of experience in the casino gaming industry as both an artist and a game developer, and he has played an instrumental role in securing several gaming patents for H5G.

A member of the Art Directors Club of New York, Mr. Masci holds a B.A. in Illustration and Design from the State University of New York.


Alexandra Singer
Director of Business Development

Alexandra SingerBetween 2008 and 2010, High 5 Games more than doubled in sized thanks to its unprecedented and unparalleled success at creating player-friendly products.

As H5G developed into what it is today, the company was determined to continue to address the growing needs of an ever-changing industry, while maintaining the innovativeness and energy that made the company so successful in the first place.

With expertise in sales, marketing, and organizational development, Alexandra Singer helped to usher in a new era for H5G. She played an instrumental role in establishing and cultivating the company's Accounting, Quality Control, Human Resources, Administrative, and IT departments, while serving as a communications liaison between the departments.

Ms. Singer also spearheaded the company's recruiting process during this pivotal time. Taking pride in her ability to spot top talent, Ms. Singer has helped H5G round out its staff with dedicated and accomplished professionals.

As H5G looks toward the future, Ms. Singer will identify new areas and opportunities for growth while establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential H5G business partners.

Prior to joining High 5 Games, Ms. Singer served as a Technical Manager for WorldCom and developed a cohesive pre-sale support strategy that provided end-to-end project control and customer care for the company.

Ms. Singer earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Cornell University.



Susan Shields Furchak
Director of Human Resources

As the Director of Human Resources, Susan Shields Furchak is responsible for the evaluation and fulfillment of High 5 Games' talent management strategy. She works closely with management to develop, deliver, and promote enterprise-wide human resources best practices and talent acquisition.

Ms. Shields Furchak is also responsible for employee learning and development, rewards and recognition, change management, performance assessments and succession planning, among many other employee initiatives focused on driving productivity through engagement.

With more than 15 years of progressive human resources experience, Ms. Shields Furchak has previously held senior human resources leadership roles in a number of industries including insurance, customer care and distribution, publishing, telecommunications, and consumer products. Most recently, she served as a senior human resources consultant to Hiscox, USA.

She has also served as Director of Human Resources with Publishers Circulation Fulfillment (PCF), where she focused aligning talent with business imperatives, workforce analytics, human resources technology, and compensation design. Prior to joining PCF, she served as a senior human resources member with Arch Communications and Oxford Health Plans, where she obtained proven results in the areas of organizational capability, development and employee relations. In addition, Ms. Shields Furchak spent nearly ten years with the Unilever organization, where she held a variety of positions focused on talent acquisition, development and retention, performance management, compensation and benefits design, and training.

Ms. Shields Furchak holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Thomas Aquinas College and a MBA with a concentration in human resource management from Iona College. She also holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Human Capital Strategist certifications.
