Melvin F. Lazar


Melvin F. Lazar has been affiliated with High 5 Games since 1995. As an auditor, reviewer and founding managing partner of Lazar Levine & Felix LLP, Mr. Lazar has experience in initial public offerings (IPO) registrations, all periodic filings and SEC compliance matters. In February 2009, Lazar Levine & Felix LLP merged into ParenteBeard LLC. Additionally, Mr. Lazar has 39 years of experience in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) matters.

Mr. Lazar currently serves on the boards of two publicly-held companies. He has been a board member and chairman of the audit committee of Arbor Realty Trust, Inc., a real estate investment trust (REIT) formed to invest in real estate related bridge and mezzanine loans, preferred equity investments and other real estate related assets, since November 2003. Since August 2002, Mr. Lazar also has been a board member and chairman of the audit committee of Enzo Biochem, Inc., a leading biotechnology company that specializes in gene identification and gene regulation technologies for diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Mr. Lazar also served as the Lead Independent Director from October 2005 to January 2008. In addition to serving on the boards of two issuers, Mr. Lazar also serves as a board member and chairman of the audit committee of privately held Active Media Services, Inc., a corporate trading company specializing in the exchange of media, goods and services for under-performing assets. Ralph L. MacDonald, Jr.


Mr. MacDonald has been affiliated with High 5 Games since 1998. He has spent 28 years with Bankers Trust Company, ending his tenure there as Managing Director in charge of Corporate Finance and a member of its five-person Management Committee. At Bankers Trust, Mr. MacDonald directed the acquisition and development of a successful $600 million portfolio of private equity investments, the origination and distribution of over $100 billion of loans, the management of a $12 billion loan portfolio, and the creation of a successful “mergers and acquisitions” practice. After Bankers Trust, and until retirement last year, Mr. MacDonald was co-founder and principal of Amelia Investment Corporation and Island Capital Corporation, two private equity investment firms. Mr. MacDonald is a former director of Hercules, Inc, Gaylord Container Corporation, United Meridian Corporation, and FolksAmerica, Inc., and is currently a director of Penrith Corp., an ultrasound medical devices start-up company.

Mr. MacDonald is a graduate of Williams College and attended advanced management programs at Northwestern and Stanford Universities.


Phyllis Bergman


Ms. Bergman has been affiliated with High 5 Games since 1995. As the president of Mercury Ring Corporation since 1986, Phyllis Bergman oversees all aspects of the company, including sales, design, operations, marketing, and client relations. Under her leadership, the company's customer base has increased more than six-fold. Today, Mercury is one of the oldest and most established bridal jewelry manufacturers in the United States, with more than 1,800 accounts nationwide.

In 2007, Ms. Bergman was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Enterprising Women magazine. That same year, Mercury Ring became the first certified female-owned company in the jewelry industry by the WBENC (Women's Business Enterprise National Council).

Ms. Bergman currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Jewelers Board of Trade, the American Gem Society, the Women's Jewelry Organization, the 24 Karat Club of New York and the Jewelers Vigilance Committee. She is also a member of the Women Presidents' Organization.

In addition to designing her own jewelry line and managing Mercury Ring Corporation, Ms. Bergman is the former president of the Women's Jewelry Association and of the 24 Karat Club of New York. She has served on the Board of Directors of the prestigious Plumb Club, Manufacturing Jewelers and Suppliers of America, American ORT Federation, and the Central Park Conservancy. Ms. Bergman is also a lifetime member of Brandeis University, a recipient of the Women's Jewelry Association Manufacturer of the Year Award and Hall of Fame Inductee.

Ms. Bergman is a graduate of Hunter College.

Michael London


Michael London has been affiliated with High 5 Games since 1995. From 1989-2002, Mr. London was the President, CEO and Chairman of Eclipse, a software company specializing in software for wholesale distributors. During his tenure with Eclipse, Mr. London oversaw 400 distributors and over 300 employees in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Prior to his work with Eclipse, Mr. London served as President, CEO and Chairman of Ultimate Data Systems, a software company also specializing in the wholesale distribution market. Mr. London received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Rider University.
